The young suspect was apprehended on the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 23 after reports of the assaults the previous two nights in the Lakeside Boulevard area of Owings Mills, according to Baltimore County police.
The first assault occurred around 11:45 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 21 with the second assault happening around 10:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 22, police say.
The suspect has been charged as an adult with first degree rape, second degree rape, kidnapping and armed robbery. They are being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
